Who LovaineCohen.com was Specifically Designed for

I’m tired of looking around and seeing working moms with chronic painful joints and back pain not able to get a good night’s sleep. So many of them are struggling with it, and there just hasn’t been a solid resource created to help them manage their pain. 

So I decided to build it. Let me explain the what’s, why’s, and how’s right now.

LovaineCohen.com was designed for chronically ill women who need help to deal with their chronic pain

I’m a health coach specializing in chronic pain management, and I help working moms with chronic pain by teaching them daily pain management strategies so they can get a good night’s sleep.

I have been living with chronic pain for a very long time. I have a daughter and son and it was very challenging taking care of them in the early days. My husband helped tremendously with our kids, but I was emotionally and physically tired from daily pain. When I received the diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis about 20 years ago, I hadn’t the slightest clue what it was and I couldn’t even pronounce it!

It was a revelation to discover what was going on in my body wasn’t just my imagination and had a medical name. But when I researched my condition to learn more about it, I couldn’t find any helpful resources to show me how to manage it.

I have gone from many years of tears and frustration and struggling to walk by holding onto the walls in my house to now having less pain. I’m passionate about teaching other moms how to do exactly what I did so they can also experience a life with less pain.
